Izzorion Hermes Personal Assistant
A personal assistant,
with your approval.
A privately operated assistant for one owner’s email, documents and calendars. This site explains the integration; it does not provide access to the assistant or connected accounts.
What it connects
- Gmail: find and read mail, prepare drafts, send messages and change labels.
- Google Drive: find files and read supported text documents, create text files, rename, move or move files to Trash.
- iCloud Calendar: the primary calendar for supported event searches and changes.
- Google Calendar: an explicitly selected backup. Events are not automatically copied or synchronized between calendars.
Why Google access is requested
The owner authorizes Gmail, Drive, calendar-list and calendar-event access so the assistant can perform these tasks. Google permissions allow changes at the account level; the assistant adds an approval step for each individual write.
How approval works
Before sending mail, saving a draft, changing labels, or changing files or calendar events, the assistant displays the exact proposed request for review and asks for final confirmation. Denying or dismissing approval prevents that request from being sent. Approval is required again for the next change.
Data handling
Relevant account content can be processed by the assistant’s AI providers and retained in private conversation history. Read the privacy policy for details and the terms of use for the personal-use limits.
