Izzorion Hermes Personal Assistant
Privacy policy
Effective date: 18 October 2026. This integration is privately operated for its owner’s personal accounts. It is not a public service or an invitation for other people to connect accounts.
Information accessed and why
At the owner’s request, the assistant can access Gmail message metadata, labels and bounded message text; Google Drive metadata and supported text content; Google calendar lists and events; and iCloud calendars and supported events. It uses that information to answer questions and carry out explicitly approved tasks.
Google access uses Gmail modification, Drive, calendar-event and read-only calendar-list permissions. Account-level permissions are broader than a single task. The integration restricts available operations and requires a new human approval for every send, draft, label change, file change or event change.
AI processing and disclosures
The assistant sends relevant conversation and tool-result content to Anthropic’s Claude service as its primary model provider. If the configured fallback is used, relevant conversation and tool-result content may also be sent to OpenAI. Their handling of that information depends on the applicable service terms and account settings. This integration does not claim that content stays exclusively on the local server.
Google and Apple receive the API requests needed for the chosen task. Approved messages go to their specified recipients; approved calendar operations may notify attendees. Moving a Drive file can change inherited access. Those effects should be reviewed before approving the action.
Storage and access
Authorization credentials are stored privately in the dedicated assistant profile on the operator’s server. They are not included in these public pages. Conversation history and tool results may be retained in private server storage. Disabling the assistant’s separate memory feature does not erase conversation history or copies held by connected service providers.
Access to the assistant is restricted to the operator’s configured private access paths. The approval system is an application control, not a separate operating-system sandbox; other software with the same server-account privileges could access the stored credentials.
Limits on use
The integration is intended only to provide the owner’s requested assistant functions. It has no advertising, sale-of-data or general-purpose model-training feature. Its use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention, deletion and revocation
This integration does not set a specific retention period. Conversation history and operational logs may remain in local server storage until separately removed; deleting a chat may not remove log files, backups or provider-held copies. The owner can stop using the profile, disable its integration, and ask the server operator to remove relevant stored history and credentials, including retained backups where applicable. Revoking authorization does not itself delete earlier conversations or provider-held copies.
Google access can be revoked through the Google Account’s third-party connections settings. iCloud access can be revoked by deleting the dedicated app-specific password in Apple Account settings. Provider-held data is subject to the provider’s own retention and deletion controls.
This information site
This public information site is hosted externally and does not provide a login, form or connection to the private assistant or its connected accounts. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts.
Cloudflare security cookies
The hosting platform uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect these pages. Cloudflare may add security JavaScript and necessary cookies, including __cf_bm for bot protection and cf_clearance when a browser passes a security check. These are used for security rather than advertising or analytics. They do not grant access to the private assistant, email, documents or calendars.
The __cf_bm cookie normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The lifetime of other security cookies depends on the hosting provider’s configuration. Cloudflare and the hosting provider may process request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to serve the site and detect abuse. Processing may take place outside your country. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation and privacy policy for details. Blocking these cookies may cause additional security checks or prevent the site from loading.
